Role overview
Structural Fitter for layout, fit-up and assembly of structural steel components. AED 1,600 to 2,800 a month.
Key responsibilities
- Fabricate and fit structural steel from drawings
- Mark, cut and fit up beams, plates and brackets
- Assemble steel structures, platforms and supports
- Check dimensions, levels and alignment
- Prepare members for welding
- Follow safe lifting and hot work procedures
Requirements
- ITI fitter or structural fabrication certificate
- Hands-on experience in layout, fit-up and assembly of structural steel components
- Able to read structural drawings
- Experience on GCC industrial, oil and gas or construction projects is preferred
- Valid passport
- Medically fit for overseas employment

Salary & benefits
AED 1,600–2,800 /mo — approximately ₹41,500 – ₹72,600 per month (indicative). Final salary depends on your experience, skills, communication and interview performance, and on the employer's selection.
