Role overview
Scaffolding Supervisor for offshore scaffolding planning, inspection and work-at-height access. AED 5,000 to 10,000 a month.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and supervise scaffold erection, modification and dismantling offshore
- Inspect scaffolds and tag them safe for use
- Allocate scaffolders and materials to work fronts
- Make sure scaffolds meet their design, load and fall protection requirements
- Coordinate scaffold requests with construction and maintenance
- Maintain scaffold registers and inspection records
Requirements
- Scaffolding supervisor or advanced scaffolder certification (CISRS, OPITO or equivalent)
- Hands-on experience in offshore scaffolding planning, inspection and work-at-height access
- Knowledge of tube and fitting and system scaffolds
- Experience supervising scaffold crews
- Experience on GCC oil and gas, EPC or LNG projects is preferred
- BOSIET or FOET offshore survival certification, or the project's equivalent
- Offshore medical fitness certificate
- Valid passport

Salary & benefits
AED 5,000–10,000 /mo — approximately ₹129,700 – ₹259,400 per month (indicative). Final salary depends on your experience, skills, communication and interview performance, and on the employer's selection.
