Role overview
Rigging and Lifting Supervisor for offshore lifting operations and critical lifts. AED 7,000 to 14,000 a month.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and supervise rigging and lifting operations on offshore installations
- Prepare and review lift plans, rigging studies and load calculations
- Inspect lifting equipment, slings and accessories before use
- Brief riggers, banksmen and crane operators before every lift
- Control exclusion zones and stop unsafe lifting activity
- Keep the lifting equipment register and certificates up to date
Requirements
- Rigging and lifting certification such as OPITO, LEEA or equivalent
- Hands-on experience in offshore lifting operations and critical lifts
- Able to prepare and interpret lift plans
- Experience leading rigging crews
- Experience on GCC oil and gas, EPC or LNG projects is preferred
- BOSIET or FOET offshore survival certification, or the project's equivalent
- Offshore medical fitness certificate
- Valid passport

Salary & benefits
AED 7,000–14,000 /mo — approximately ₹181,600 – ₹363,200 per month (indicative). Final salary depends on your experience, skills, communication and interview performance, and on the employer's selection.
