Key responsibilities
- Monitor the reliability of critical refinery equipment
- Analyse equipment failures and recurring problems
- Carry out root-cause analysis
- Support preventive and predictive maintenance programmes
- Monitor pumps, compressors, turbines, heat exchangers and critical equipment
- Support condition-monitoring activities
- Analyse equipment performance and maintenance history
- Develop reliability-improvement recommendations
- Coordinate with operations, maintenance and inspection
- Support shutdown and turnaround planning
- Take part in FMEA and RCM activities
- Monitor equipment reliability KPIs
- Prepare technical reports
Requirements
- B.E. or B.Tech in mechanical, chemical, electrical or reliability engineering
- 3 to 10 years or more in a reliability role
- Valid passport
- Medically fit for overseas employment

General requirements for these refinery roles
- Medically fit, and able to meet GCC employment and visa requirements
- Relevant refinery, petrochemical, oil and gas, gas-processing or heavy-process industry experience is preferred
- Willing to work shift-based, plant or field roles where the job requires it
- Good English communication and technical reporting
- Understands and follows HSE, permit-to-work, LOTO and emergency-response procedures
- Educational and experience documents may be verified by the employer
- Able to provide educational certificates, experience letters and supporting documents
- Final selection rests with the employer's interview, technical assessment and approval
- A pre-employment medical, document verification and visa processing may be required

Salary & benefits
