Role overview
Bakery product development and recipe innovation for a UAE food producer. AED 4,000 to AED 5,000 a month.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and improve bakery products, recipes and formulations
- Run trials and testing of new bakery products
- Adjust recipes for taste, texture, appearance, shelf life and production
- Work with production and quality control teams through development
- Keep records of recipes, trials, specifications and test results
- Assess raw materials for suitability in bakery applications
- Support cost optimisation and product standardisation
- Make sure products meet food safety, quality and company standards
Requirements
- At least 2 years in bakery research and development or product development
- Practical knowledge of bakery ingredients, formulations and production processes
- Experience with product trials and recipe development preferred
- Understanding of food safety and quality standards
- Diploma or degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Bakery Technology or a related field preferred

- Aged 20 to 35, per the employer’s requirement for this role
- Willing to relocate to the UAE
- Valid passport

Salary & benefits

Final salary depends on your experience, skills, communication and interview performance, and on the employer's selection.
