Role overview
Quality assurance on field instrumentation projects in Oman. OMR 400 and above a month, with transport and accommodation provided.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor quality of instrumentation installation and project activities
- Inspect pressure, level, temperature and flow instruments
- Review instrumentation materials and technical documentation
- Verify installation against approved drawings and specifications
- Coordinate inspections with project and site teams
- Identify non-conformities and support corrective action
- Maintain inspection records, checklists and quality documentation
- Support testing, calibration and commissioning
Requirements
- Engineering degree or diploma in Instrumentation or a related discipline
- 3 to 4 years of relevant experience
- Experience with field instrumentation
- Knowledge of pressure, level, temperature and flow instruments
- Understanding of inspection and quality control procedures
- Able to read instrumentation drawings
- Valid passport
- Medically fit for overseas employment
