Role overview
Piping supervisors to oversee industrial piping fabrication and installation in Singapore, coordinating fitters, welders and site personnel.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily piping fabrication and installation
- Allocate work to pipe fitters and welders
- Review isometric drawings before assigning work
- Monitor piping layout, fit-up and installation
- Coordinate with QC inspectors and client representatives
- Monitor work progress and productivity
- Ensure work follows project specifications and safety requirements
- Run or take part in toolbox meetings
- Monitor material usage and site requirements
- Identify site issues and coordinate corrective action
Requirements
- Previous experience as a piping supervisor
- Practical experience on industrial piping projects
- Experience supervising pipe fitters and welders
- Able to read and interpret isometric drawings
- Strong site coordination and team-management skills
- Singapore or Middle East U-turn experience preferred
- Valid passport
- Medically fit for overseas employment
