Role overview
Offshore Structural Engineer for jackets, topsides, modules and platform structures. AED 12,000 to 16,000 a month.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out structural checks for platform modifications, supports and new steelwork
- Prepare and review structural drawings, calculations and material take-offs
- Assess existing structures for added loads, lifting points and temporary works
- Answer fabrication and installation queries from the yard and offshore
- Check weld details, connections and member sizes against the design codes
- Coordinate interfaces with piping, mechanical and marine teams
Requirements
- B.E. or B.Tech in civil or structural engineering
- Hands-on experience in jackets, topsides, modules and platform structures
- Working knowledge of SACS, STAAD Pro or similar structural software
- Familiarity with API RP 2A and AISC codes
- Experience on GCC oil and gas, EPC or LNG projects is preferred
- BOSIET or FOET offshore survival certification, or the project's equivalent
- Offshore medical fitness certificate
- Valid passport

Salary & benefits
AED 12,000–16,000 /mo — approximately ₹311,300 – ₹415,000 per month (indicative). Final salary depends on your experience, skills, communication and interview performance, and on the employer's selection.
