Role overview
Offshore HSE professional for PTW, SIMOPS, H2S, red and exclusion zones and emergency-response control. AED 12,000 to 16,000 a month.
Key responsibilities
- Implement the project HSE plan on offshore worksites
- Run risk assessments, JSAs and toolbox talks with the crews
- Monitor permit-to-work, SIMOPS and isolation compliance
- Carry out HSE inspections, audits and emergency drills
- Investigate incidents and near misses, and follow up corrective actions
- Report HSE statistics and lessons learned to the client and project
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in engineering, HSE, safety or a related discipline
- NEBOSH certification is required for this role
- Hands-on experience in PTW, SIMOPS, H2S, red and exclusion zones and emergency-response control
- Knowledge of offshore emergency response and SIMOPS
- Experience on GCC oil and gas, EPC or LNG projects is preferred
- BOSIET or FOET offshore survival certification, or the project's equivalent
- Offshore medical fitness certificate
- Valid passport

Salary & benefits
AED 12,000–16,000 /mo — approximately ₹311,300 – ₹415,000 per month (indicative). Final salary depends on your experience, skills, communication and interview performance, and on the employer's selection.
