Requirements
- Valid home-country light vehicle driving licence
- Licence held for at least 2 years
- Basic English communication, A2 level or equivalent preferred: able to read, understand and speak simple English for daily communication, workplace instructions and driving-related requirements
- Aged 23 to 45, as stated by the employer
- Medically fit and able to perform driving duties
- Responsible driving attitude and good road discipline
- Valid passport

Salary & earnings
Earnings: AED 2,500–3,500+ per month. Basic salary AED 800 a month, plus commission of up to 35%.
Earnings are performance-based and depend on daily revenue, trips and the deductions listed below. Experienced and high-performing drivers may earn more.
AED 800 /mo — approximately ₹20,800 per month (indicative). The role is offered on a 2-year renewable contract. Benefits such as accommodation, transport, food and other allowances vary by employer and will be confirmed in the employment offer and contract.
Important. The AED 2,500–3,500+ figure is an expected earning range, not a guaranteed salary. Actual earnings depend on commission, performance and the applicable fuel, SRTA and other deductions.
Terms stated by the employer
- A 2-year employment visa, provided by the company
- Free accommodation during the training period
- A daily petrol allowance
- Health insurance, and accidental insurance for drivers
- Vehicle maintenance and servicing at the company's cost
- Training charges are deducted from salary, by licence category:
- AED 4,500 on a home-country licence
- AED 3,050 on a valid GCC licence
- AED 1,765 on a UAE licence
- Fuel is deducted at AED 0.52 per kilometre from daily earnings
- Applicable SRTA fees are deducted from daily earnings
- Traffic fines and SRTA fines are deducted from salary where they apply
- Leave of 45 days after 1.5 years, or 60 days after 2 years
- The employer states no paid leave and no air-ticket entitlement under these vacancy terms
- Up to 15 days of unpaid emergency leave may be allowed in valid cases
- A 2-year contract, renewable subject to the employer's requirements
