HSE Officer required to support health, safety and environmental compliance across telecom field and site operations in Qatar.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct regular HSE site inspections
- Conduct toolbox talks before work activities
- Support preparation and review of risk assessments
- Monitor PPE compliance and inspect work-at-height activities
- Identify unsafe conditions and follow up on corrective actions
- Support incident and near-miss reporting
- Maintain HSE records and documentation
Requirements
- Relevant HSE or site safety experience
- NEBOSH certification is required for this role
- IOSH certification is an additional advantage
- Telecom or field operations experience is an advantage
- Good knowledge of workplace safety procedures
- Ability to conduct inspections and toolbox talks
