Role overview
General workers for construction, manufacturing, warehouse, recycling and plantation sites in Malaysia. RM 1,700 to RM 2,600 a month.
Key responsibilities
- Load and unload materials, equipment, tools and goods
- Move, carry, stack and arrange materials at the workplace
- Assist skilled workers, technicians, mechanics, electricians and supervisors
- Prepare materials, tools and work areas for daily operations
- Assist with basic construction, maintenance, production or industrial work
- Sort, pack, organise and store materials as instructed
- Clean work areas and carry out general housekeeping
- Remove waste and debris from the worksite
- Use basic hand tools where required, after instruction
- Follow instructions from supervisors and site managers
- Follow workplace health, safety and PPE requirements
Requirements
- Previous work as a general worker, labourer or helper is preferred, and freshers may be considered where the employer does not require experience
- Construction, manufacturing, industrial, warehouse, recycling or plantation experience is an advantage
- Physically fit and able to lift, carry and move materials safely
- Comfortable working outdoors and in industrial environments
- Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Willing to work shifts or overtime where the employer requires it
- Basic English, or the ability to understand workplace instructions, is an advantage
- Valid passport
- Meets the Malaysian employment and medical requirements that apply

Salary & benefits
MYR 1,700–2,600 /mo — approximately ₹39,900 – ₹61,000 per month (indicative). Final salary depends on your experience, skills, communication and interview performance, and on the employer's selection. Benefits such as accommodation, transport, food and other allowances vary by employer and will be confirmed in the employment offer and contract.
