Role overview
Electrical and mechanical maintenance technician required for telecom site infrastructure in Qatar, covering AC and DC systems, rectifiers, batteries and HVAC.
Key responsibilities
- Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance at telecom sites
- Maintain AC and DC power systems
- Inspect and maintain rectifiers and battery systems
- Work on MDB and SMDB systems
- Carry out HVAC-related maintenance
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and restore service
- Record maintenance activities and faults
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
- Practical electrical and mechanical maintenance experience
- Knowledge of AC and DC systems
- Experience with rectifiers, batteries and distribution boards
- HVAC maintenance knowledge is an advantage
