Role overview
Customer service and retail sales representatives for a new jewellery retail store in the UAE, welcoming customers, understanding what they are looking for, presenting jewellery and supporting store sales. AED 1,700 to 2,400 a month, plus sales incentives.
Experience requirement. At least 2 years of sales experience in jewellery retail. Experience with gold, diamonds, watches, luxury accessories or other premium retail is an advantage.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide professional in-store assistance
- Understand customer requirements, preferences and budgets
- Present jewellery products and explain their features
- Assist customers in comparing and selecting suitable products
- Provide accurate product and pricing information
- Support customers throughout the sales process
- Build positive relationships with new and returning customers
- Work towards individual and store sales targets
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Support promotional campaigns and in-store offers
- Maintain attractive and organised jewellery displays
- Handle jewellery carefully and according to store procedures
- Assist with stock checking and product organisation
- Coordinate with billing, cashier and other store team members
- Handle customer enquiries and concerns professionally
- Maintain high standards of personal grooming and professional presentation
- Follow store procedures for product security and inventory handling
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of jewellery retail sales experience
- Aged 20 to 30, as specified by the employer
- Open to men and women
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Confident in approaching and assisting customers
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented retail environment
- Professional appearance and good grooming
- Able to work effectively as part of a retail team
- Willing to work retail shifts, weekends and holidays as required
- Valid passport

Salary & benefits
