Role overview
Corrosion Engineer for corrosion monitoring, materials degradation and control programmes. AED 14,000 to 16,000 a month.
Key responsibilities
- Assess corrosion threats across offshore facilities and pipelines
- Review corrosion monitoring, inhibitor programmes and cathodic protection
- Recommend material selection and corrosion mitigation
- Analyse inspection findings and the causes of failures
- Maintain corrosion management records and reports
- Support inspection planning and integrity reviews
Requirements
- B.E. or B.Tech in materials, metallurgical, chemical or corrosion engineering
- Hands-on experience in corrosion monitoring, materials degradation and control programmes
- NACE or AMPP corrosion certification is an advantage
- Knowledge of cathodic protection and corrosion monitoring
- Experience on GCC oil and gas, EPC or LNG projects is preferred
- BOSIET or FOET offshore survival certification, or the project's equivalent
- Offshore medical fitness certificate
- Valid passport

Salary & benefits
AED 14,000–16,000 /mo — approximately ₹363,200 – ₹415,000 per month (indicative). Final salary depends on your experience, skills, communication and interview performance, and on the employer's selection.
