Role overview

Bus drivers are required for staff and labour transport, shuttle routes and passenger services. Employers include transport companies, hotels, tourism operators, construction projects and corporate offices running their own staff buses. AED 2,500 to 3,500 a month, indicative.

Experience requirement. Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience driving buses or coasters (minibuses) carrying passengers.

Key responsibilities

Drive staff buses, coasters, shuttles or coaches on assigned routes
Check brakes, tyres, doors, seat belts, emergency exits and air conditioning before each shift
Pick up and drop passengers at agreed stops on time
Count passengers at boarding and make sure all are seated
Operate doors, lifts and ramps safely
Drive smoothly, with gentle braking and safe distances
Follow bus lane, stop and speed rules
Keep the interior clean and report seat or window damage
Fill in route logs, mileage and fuel records
Handle passenger complaints politely and pass serious ones to the supervisor

Requirements

At least 2 years of bus driving experience with passengers
A valid UAE driving licence in the right category is an advantage. Otherwise a valid Indian licence for the same vehicle class, and willingness to complete the UAE licence process the employer arranges
Knowledge of passenger safety and emergency procedures
Good route memory and time discipline
Respectful manner with passengers of different backgrounds
Basic English or Hindi to follow instructions
Valid passport
Medically fit for overseas employment

Salary & benefits

AED 2,500–3,500 /mo — approximately ₹64,800 – ₹90,800 per month (indicative). Final salary depends on your experience, skills, communication and interview performance, and on the employer's selection.
