Role overview
Bakery packing helpers and packers for bakery and food manufacturing operations in the UAE, handling finished products through sorting, packing, labelling and dispatch. AED 1,200 to 2,000 a month.
Key responsibilities
- Receive finished bakery products from the production and cooling areas
- Check products for visible damage, contamination or packaging defects
- Sort and arrange products by product type and packing specification
- Pack breads, buns, cakes, pastries and other bakery products as instructed
- Operate basic sealing, wrapping and labelling equipment where trained
- Check packaging materials before use
- Apply labels, date codes, batch information and other required markings
- Verify product quantity and pack sizes
- Place packaged products into cartons, trays or crates
- Seal and arrange cartons for finished goods movement
- Assist with palletising and dispatch preparation where required
- Handle finished products so they are not damaged
- Follow allergen and cross contamination controls
- Keep packing stations clean and hygienic
- Follow GMP, HACCP and food safety procedures
- Report damaged products, incorrect labels or packaging defects
- Support stock rotation and FIFO and FEFO requirements
Requirements
- Experience in food packing, bakery production, FMCG manufacturing or warehouse packing is preferred
- Able to perform repetitive packing tasks accurately and at pace
- Good attention to product condition, labels, dates and quantities
- Understanding of basic hygiene and food handling requirements
- Able to follow packing specifications and supervisor instructions
- Physically able to stand for long periods
- Willing to work production shifts where required
- Medically fit and able to meet UAE employment and visa requirements
- Valid passport

Salary & benefits
AED 1,200–2,000 /mo — approximately ₹31,100 – ₹51,900 per month (indicative). The role is offered on a 2-year renewable contract. Final salary depends on your experience, skills, communication and interview performance, and on the employer's selection.
