Employers abroad ask for these. They print on your CV under Personal Details and Passport Details.

11 · Declaration and signature

Many recruiters in India and the Gulf expect it. Untick it for a shorter CV. You can leave the signature empty and sign the printed CV with a pen. If you sign here, make sure it matches the signature in your passport.
