International Manpower Recruitment Specialist

We are looking for someone who has actually done this: sourced blue-collar and skilled workers for overseas jobs, run drives, worked with manpower agencies, and carried candidates through documentation, interviews, visas and deployment.

Full-time  ·  Hyderabad, Telangana  ·  3 to 7 years’ experience  ·  ₹3.60 to ₹6.00 lakh per annum

About the role

Disha Global Workforce is looking for an experienced International Manpower Recruitment Specialist with real, hands-on experience in blue-collar and skilled manpower recruitment for overseas employment.

You should have worked with blue-collar candidates, manpower and recruitment agencies, contractors, recruitment partners and overseas employers. The role runs the whole way: from a manpower requirement and candidate sourcing through mobilisation, screening, documentation, interviews, selection, visa-processing coordination and deployment.

You should be comfortable sitting with blue-collar workers, running short recruitment drives, building agency relationships, and bringing suitable candidates into genuine overseas opportunities.

What you will do

International manpower recruitment

  • Recruit blue-collar, skilled and semi-skilled workers for overseas requirements.
  • Cover trades such as electricians, welders, carpenters, drivers, technicians, helpers, construction workers, hospitality workers, factory workers and security personnel.
  • Source directly and through manpower suppliers, recruitment agencies, consultants, contractors, networks and referrals.
  • Understand each vacancy properly: trade, salary, experience, location, benefits, eligibility, contract terms and what the employer actually expects.
  • Build a real pipeline, and keep an active database across trades, skills, locations and experience levels.

Candidate mobilisation and recruitment drives

  • Plan and run short recruitment drives, walk-ins, screening camps and mobilisation activity.
  • Work with local agencies, ITIs, training institutes, contractors and community networks.
  • Explain the job, salary, country, contract, benefits, eligibility, documentation and interview process accurately, and answer the questions candidates are actually worried about.
  • Follow up after drives so applications and documents are finished rather than abandoned.
  • Travel locally for drives, mobilisation and agency meetings when needed.

Agency and manpower-supplier management

  • Build and hold relationships with blue-collar recruitment agencies and manpower suppliers.
  • Identify and onboard reliable agencies across cities and states, and keep a network able to supply different trades.
  • Brief agencies on requirements, documentation, interviews and timelines, and coordinate several at once on urgent or high-volume needs.
  • Judge agencies on candidate quality, response time, reliability and fulfilment, and keep records that show it.
  • Coordinate commercial terms as authorised by management, and hold agencies to our procedures and documentation standards.

Requirement coordination, screening and documentation

  • Take detailed requirements from employers and clients: trade, vacancies, country, salary, experience, qualifications, hours, accommodation, food, transport, contract period, trade test, medical, visa and deployment timeline.
  • Turn them into clear sourcing instructions, and track fulfilment of every one.
  • Screen CVs, passports, experience and trade certificates; check that stated experience matches the trade; coordinate trade tests where required.
  • Collect and check documents for completeness, validity and consistency, chase what is missing, and keep candidate records accurate and confidential.

Through to deployment

  • Carry candidates through sourcing, mobilisation, screening, submission, interview and trade test, selection, documentation, medical, visa, travel and joining.
  • Coordinate interviews and trade tests, track attendance and results, and keep selected, rejected, pending and backup lists straight.
  • Work with internal teams and authorised partners on medical, visa and deployment, and stay with the candidate until they have joined.
  • Keep databases and the recruitment CRM current, and report weekly on sourcing, submissions, interviews, selections, documentation, medicals, visas, deployments, dropouts and agency performance.

What we are looking for

  • 3 to 7 years in recruitment or manpower placement, preferably overseas recruitment.
  • Hands-on blue-collar and skilled manpower recruitment, with experience of manpower agencies, consultants, contractors or labour suppliers.
  • An existing network of blue-collar recruitment agencies is strongly preferred.
  • Experience running or coordinating drives, walk-ins, screening camps or mobilisation.
  • Practical knowledge of overseas recruitment documentation and processing, across multiple trades and high-volume requirements.
  • Experience in an overseas recruitment agency, manpower consultancy, international placement company or manpower supply company is an advantage.

Skills that matter here

  • You understand the blue-collar recruitment market, and you can mobilise candidates at short notice.
  • You can run a short drive on your own, and talk to workers in a way that is clear and honest rather than pushy.
  • You keep agencies, vacancies and candidates moving at the same time without losing track of a follow-up.
  • You are comfortable on the phone, on WhatsApp and face to face, and competent with Excel or Google Sheets, email and a recruitment CRM.
  • You work to deadlines, you are precise with documents, and you are willing to travel locally.
  • You take an ethical, transparent approach to overseas recruitment. That is not a line in a job advert here; it is how the work is done.

Compensation and benefits

  • ₹3.60 lakh to ₹6.00 lakh CTC per annum, based on relevant experience, blue-collar recruitment expertise, agency network, documentation knowledge and overall fit.
  • Health and medical insurance.
  • Transportation allowance.
  • Gym membership, ₹1,000 per month.
  • Performance-based growth, and real exposure to international recruitment: overseas employers, recruitment agencies and international manpower partners.

How your work will be measured

Qualified candidates sourced, mobilisation and drive performance, speed of fulfilling requirements, candidate quality and selection ratio, agency performance, interview attendance, documentation completion, joining and dropout rates, the number and quality of active agency relationships, and accuracy of recruitment documentation.

The point of the role

Build and run a reliable international manpower recruitment network, mobilise and convert suitable blue-collar workers, work well with agencies and suppliers, keep documentation and coordination straight, and see overseas requirements filled from sourcing through to deployment.
